Promo: $50 Resort Credit at Hilton Melbourne

Hilton Hotels in Melbourne are offering a package called Leisure Escapes where you get $50 to spend at the resort during your stay at either Hilton Melbourne South Wharf or Hilton on the Park-Melbourne.

I checked the random date of September 25 to 26th at the Hilton South Wharf. The price came out to 307 AUD, but I noticed that it was exactly the same as the bed & breakfast package, and a few dollars more than the double Hilton HHonors points offer.

When checking the same dates at the Hilton On the Park Melbourne, there was a disclaimer that the hotel was undergoing some sort of construction.

The pricing was just about the same, where the leisure escapes rate was very close to a couple other packages.

This is a good chance to get a little spending money while at the resort, but as always it makes sense to look around at the other rates the hotel is offering in case one of those is a better choice. I like that this package is valid for school holidays and weekends until the December 31, 2014 and that the rate is fully refundable until the day of check-in.
