New Ritz-Carlton Coming To Bal Harbour

ONE Bal Harbour Resort & Spa (picture from their website above) is destined to join the Ritz-Carlton family this fall. The new hotel will be called Ritz-Carlton Bal Harbour and reportedly they will start taking reservations for stays starting October 2, 2014.

The 18 story property has 124 suites and boasts a 10,000 square foot waterfront spa.

Ritz-Carlton’s website doesn’t yet show the new property, but searching the date of October 2, 2014 I noted the prices of nearby Ritz-Carlton’s in the area were an average of $300.

Checking One Bal Harbour’s website it looks like they are still accepting reservations. Trying the date of October 2, 2014 it still pulled up as available with a rate of $539 for a Deluxe Oceanview room.

I look forward to checking out the new property but they’ll have some competition. I love the St Regis Bal Harbour and you can find my review here.
