Using a random sample date of August 28, 2015 I checked the Radisson Hotel San Diego-Rancho Bernardo. The promotional rate was exactly the same as the best available, and the Summer High Five rate was also fully refundable until the day prior to check-in.

I like that this promotion offers bonus points per night, rather than per stay.

Another especially nice thing about Club Carlson promotions is that you can stack them, meaning that you can take advantage of more than one promotion at a time.

For example, you can combine this promotion with their summer global promotion where you can earn 2,000 bonus points per night on stays through September. This means that just a single night’s stay at a participating property can earn you 7,000 bonus Gold Points. Pretty cool!
