AMEX Cardholders Save 15% on Two Night Stays at Leading Hotels of the World
Leading Hotels of the World currently has an offer for American Express members where you can save 15% when you stay two or more nights at participating properties and pay with your American Express card.
This promotion is especially good for those who have recently enrolled in the Leading Hotels’ loyalty program Leaders Club and are trying to find some well-priced properties.
For an example, looking at the Hutton Hotel in Nashville, Tennessee for the random dates of August 3-5, 2016 the rate came back at a reasonable $224 a night.
Cancellation fees vary by property but checking the policy for the Hutton Hotel, there was no penalty or fee as long as the room was cancelled by August 2, 2016 which is a day prior to arrival. Even if you cancel less than 24 hours out you don’t get stuck paying for the entire stay but just the first night.
A credit card is needed to guarantee the reservation, but what I like about this promotion is that the rate is not repaid or nonrefundable. Often if there is a 15% savings offered it is for advance purchase only and prepaid bookings.
