Hyatt Gold Passport is running a promotion for holders of the Chase Hyatt credit card, where you can get 10% off award bookings for stays between today, July 11, 2016 and October 31, 2016.

You need to register for the promotion, which must be done by August 31, 2016.

Register here.

Stays can be booked using just points, or Points & Cash, and need to be completed by October 31, 2016. The 10% back also applies to meals and spa too, so while not a good use of points it is an option.

6-8 weeks after the stay is completed, 10% of your redeemed points will be deposited back into your Hyatt Gold Passport account.

Here are the Terms & Conditions:

1The promotion is valid only for Hyatt Credit Cardmembers who receive this promotion from Hyatt and register for the promotion between 7/11/2016 and 8/31/2016. To qualify for this bonus offer, account must be open and not in default at the time of fulfillment. Only points redeemed between 7/11/2016 and 10/31/2016 will be eligible for this promotion. If a redemption is connected to a stay, the entire stay must be completed by 10/31/2016. You will receive 10% back on the Hyatt Gold Passport points you redeem for award stays, points + cash, suite upgrades and dining and spa activities. Points redeemed for Avis car rental certificates or points transferred to airline partners are not eligible for this promotion. Please allow 6-8 weeks after your points redemption has been completed for your bonus Hyatt Gold Passport points to be loaded into your account.

I love when Hyatt has these promotions. In 2015 the offer was 20% back, but I’m still happy with 10%. It is a chance to save points on my upcoming reservations which is always a good thing.

Will you be redeeming Hyatt points during this promotion?
