If you are traveling but won’t be at a DoubleTree, they are also taking their gooey goodness further so you don’t even need to set foot in a hotel to sample the yummy treat.
DoubleTree by Hilton has associates greeting travelers getting off Amtrak in Chicago and NYC today, and offering them freshly baked cookies.
DoubleTree by Hilton is also running an Instagram contest called the Roulette Giveaway for cookie lovers (open to those in the United States) through August 12, 2016.

2. Take a screenshot of your favorite destination/cookie tin from the Instagram Roulette post
3. Send the screenshot image via a direct message to DoubleTree’s Instagram account @doubletree.
Nine lucky winners will receive one tin of DoubleTree by Hilton cookies, and nine prize winners will receive “Be My Guest†certificates good for a free night’s stay including tax at any DoubleTree by Hilton property worldwide.

More than 1,250,000 chocolate chip cookies have been donated by DoubleTree by Hilton hotels to Firefighters, Police, Doctors, Nurses, etc. to thank them for their service.
Each cookie has on average 20 chocolate chips which totals over 950,000 pounds of chocolate chips used each year. There are over 28,000,000 cookies given out each year, with an estimated 300,000,000 total to date. That’s a lot of cookies!
