[Expired] Expedia $50 off $200 Flash Coupon Good Today Only

To celebrate spring, Expedia has a new flash coupon offering $50 off a hotel booking of $200 or more for stays between now and May 1, 2017. The booking must be made today by 11:59pm PST, Saturday February 11, 2017. You can make the booking on Expedia’s website via mobile device or desktop.

The minimum spend on the hotel must be $200 before any taxes or fees and the coupon code discount is for hotel bookings only, not package deals that include flights, cars, etc. The booking must be prepaid.

It is typical for chain properties to be excluded from these coupons so Marriott and Four Seasons properties are out, but today’s coupon allows use at Hyatt hotels for anyone eyeing one of those properties in particular.

Coupon tip: After selecting your dates and hotel, enter the coupon code first before typing in all your information. Once it is applied and accepted then enter your data.

Even if you don’t use this flash Expedia coupon, now is a great time to think about making hotel reservations for Easter and Spring Break if you haven’t already (or last-minute plans for Valentine’s Day).

Update: Although the email I received from Expedia said that the booking needed to be made by February 11, 2017, readers trying the coupon noted that the date in the T&C said February 10, 2017.
