An Easter Hunt for Grown-Ups at the Four Seasons
If one of your favorite activities as a child on Easter was tearing around the yard searching for colorful eggs, you’re in luck.
The Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, DC’s Bourbon Steak restaurant will host a very special Easter hunt this year… for adults.
After enjoying brunch on Easter Sunday, April 16, 2017, guests 21 and over are invited to take part in a hunt. Rather than an Easter EGG hunt, it will be a Easter BOTTLE hunt, and the courtyard will have cleverly hidden pastel-hued goodies for you to find. Courtesy of BOURBON STEAK restaurant, the ribbon-wrapped treats will be bottles of rare WhistlePig Whiskey.
The hunt kicks off at 3pm, and is free if you attend the brunch.
The brunch runs from 11:30am-2:30pm, and the hotel restaurant’s three-course, prix-fixe brunch menu includes almond & apricot Dutch baby pancakes with bourbon barrel-aged syrup topped with vanilla chantilly, tater tot poutine with foie gras, and warm cheese curds butter gelato. Here’s a link to the full brunch menu.
Brunch Tip: An eggshell filled with a savory infused custard is only available by request and is not on the menu.
From 12:30pm-1pm, your kiddos can enjoy a traditional candy-filled egg hunt. The Easter Bunny will also hop in to make an appearance.
