Starwood has announced that they’ve broken ground on their first Luxury Collection Resort in Los Cabos.
Scheduled to open in June of 2017, the property will be called Solaz, a Luxury Collection Resort, Los Cabos.
The resort will be spread over 33 acres, including a private beach club, spa, residences and vacation ownership units. There will be 131 guest rooms and suites split between five buildings with six floors each, and the two-bedroom Presidential suite even comes with its own swimming pool.
Using wood and granite, the rooms will have a natural feel. There will be an all-day dining restaurant, a pool area grill and a specialty restaurant.
No word yet on what category the hotel will be, rates or when booking will open. Stay tuned!
