Video Series: Mr. T at Fairfield Inn & Suites
Fairfield Inn & Suites conducted a survey earlier this year and found that a high number of frequent business travelers would rather have an associate onsite enabled to resolve problems rather than simply receive compensation. I didn’t participate in the survey but wholeheartedly agree. There’s nothing more frustrating to a guest or onsite employee when they aren’t empowered to take the steps to fix things right then and there. An employee can empathize, but if their hands are tied and all they can offer is compensation it doesn’t make the stay any better which is what you really want at a hotel.
Fairfield Inn & Suites boasts a 100% Guarantee that shows their commitment to customer satisfaction. To draw attention to this guarantee, Fairfield Inn & Suites has released a fun new video series starring Mr. T. Those old enough to remember Mr. T will recall him as a tough guy with his heart in the right place.
There was even The Mister T cartoon where he solved mysteries and fought crime.
Mr. Guaran-T is now what Mr. T is called. With his gruff demeanor, he pities the fool that doesn’t give guests at the Fairfield Inn & Suites a great stay. He’s the enforcer with his own A-Team at Fairfield that aims to fix issues on the spot. 90% of travelers in Fairfield Inn & Suites’ survey said that a satisfaction guarantee is required to give them confidence in their stay.
Shruti Buckley, VP and Global Brand Manager for Fairfield Inn & Suites said, “Travelers want assurance that someone has their back while they are on the road, and we’re communicating our commitment to guest satisfaction in a unique way. We look for amazing, multi-talented people to tell our story, which is why we’re thrilled to be working with Mr. T. He gets us and understands our commitment to our guests.â€
