Hilton HHonors 100% Bonus on Purchased points
Had you hoped to get in on the discounted Hilton HHonors points through Daily Getaways last week but were disappointed to find the packages all gone?
The packages all went very fast, but there’s a second chance.
Hilton is selling HHonors points with a 100% bonus, which means that you’d essentially be getting them at exactly the same rate as if you’d purchased one of the Daily Getaways discount packages – .5 cents each.
The bonus points promotion is going on for all Hilton HHonors points purchases made between April 21 and June 3, 2016 and is open to all members.

Just like when I wrote about HHonors points during the Daily Getaways, I think that there are some great redemption possibilities.

Category 1 properties offer exceptionally good value especially outside of the US. One example is the Hilton Alexandria Corniche in Egypt that has a private beach and often runs several hundred dollars a night. As a Category 1 property, you can redeem 5,000 Hilton HHonors points for a night which is basically just like paying $25 – a steal.
If you are planning to use the points soon, this 100% bonus purchase offer can be a great deal. I wouldn’t buy them just to have the extra points though, if there wasn’t an anticipated stay in the future.
