I personally didn’t run into a ton of navigation difficulties, but occasionally when trying to make reservations I’d get an error returned that said, “Sorry, we’re having trouble finding that page.”
I’d know that the page existed, but would have to start all over again. Worse was when I had a few minutes and wanted to pull something up quick, only to get their dreaded “website down” message.
