We’re at the tail end of week 3 of the US Travel Association’s Daily Getaways, and there is an especially good deal coming up today at 1pm EST for Hyatt Gold Passport points.

Here’s a link to the main Daily Getaways page, and here’s the calendar from the week as a refresher –

Today’s Daily Getaway offering of Hyatt points goes on sale at 1pm EST. Redeeming Hyatt points is one of my favorite ways to stay at phenomenal Park Hyatt properties without paying an arm and a leg.

Here’s a look at the packages available –

Friday April 10, 2015:

24,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for $260. Handy purchase link. There are 95 available with a max of 1 pp/4 across all Hyatt offers.
Cost per point = 1.1 cents.

30,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for $330. Handy purchase link. There are 35 available with a max of 1 pp/4 across all Hyatt offers.
Cost per point = 1.1 cents.

40,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for $415. Handy purchase link. There are 15 available with a max of 1 pp/4 across all Hyatt offers.
Cost per point = 1 cent.

72,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for $775. Handy purchase link. There are 15 available with a max of 1 pp/4 across all Hyatt offers. Cost per point = 1.1 cents.

It used to be that using any American Express card to purchase a Daily Getaways deal gave you 10% off any of the packages. Unfortunately Amex isn’t a sponsor this year so that is not an option. Since the prices are the same as were offered in 2014, this means the rate you’d be paying this time is slightly higher. It’s still a great opportunity to get a chunk of Hyatt Gold Passport points at a low price though. I myself will try to grab some, since they can be redeemed at any Hyatt including some of my favorites – Park Hyatt Tokyo and Park Hyatt Paris-Vendome.

All Daily Getaways packages go on sale at 1pm EST. In years past, popular packages like these have sold out in what seemed like mere seconds, so if you are interested I recommend being online and ready to purchase a few minutes before the sale starts. Good luck!

Update: Sold Out! I was online ahead of time and kept clicking the “try again” button, but alas, it wasn’t to be this time for me. I’m hoping some readers were successful, anyone snag some points packages?
