The Ritz-Carlton Asia Pacific Food & Wine Festival

Foodies and gourmands everywhere eagerly await the annual Ritz-Carlton Asia-Pacific Food & Wine Festival, which showcases Michelin Star chefs, new trends, and offers everything from an afternoon tea, dinners and tastings to cooking classes.

The 5th annual four-day epicurean extravaganza is being hosted by the Ritz-Carlton Macau this year, and the dates are November 10-13, 2016.

Prices for the individual events vary widely. There’s an Afternoon Tea Master Class Experience presented by the Ritz-Carlton Pastry Chef for an extremely reasonable 36 USD, with a Mixology class for the same. An Italian Aperitivo experience presented by Michelin Star Chef Luca Fantin runs 42 USD. Chocolate making (and tasting) class with a master chef? Check, for 48 USD.

A little higher in price are the Opening Dinner and Tasting Menu presented by Two Michelin Star Chef Paul Lau which runs 228 USD and the Welcome Reception and Chef’s Table is 286 USD.

The don’t miss highlight of the entire week is the All Star Brunch on Sunday where you get to taste specialties created by all of the master chefs. The price is 161 USD per person.
