Staying healthy and fit while traveling is often a struggle. Once a weary traveler finally goes on holiday it can be easy to overindulge and exercise less than usual. To help guests keep that kick in their step, Marriott Caribbean & Latin America Resorts has launched a partnership with YouTube blogger and trainer Sarah Dussault (otherwise known as Sarah Fit) to roll out an initiative called Fit in Paradise.

Here are the participating properties –

Aruba Marriott Resort & Stellaris Casino
CasaMagna Marriott Cancun Resort
CasaMagna Marriott Puerto Vallarta Resort & Spa
Curacao Marriott Beach Resort & Emerald Casino
Frenchman’s Reef & Morning Star Marriott Beach Resort
Grand Cayman Marriott Beach Resort
JW Marriott Cancun Resort & Spa
St. Kitts Marriott Resort & The Royal Beach Casino

Sarah will visit each resort and film a workout that will be available on video for guests to watch in their rooms. Guests will hopefully feel inspired to exercise in the same surroundings that the workout will be filmed in. I took a look at her YouTube channel and she seems to be high energy, with an emphasis on easy-to-follow workout videos.

In addition, she’ll also create tip sheets highlighting the best ways to eat healthy at each resort. Menu recommendations and a signature Sarah Fit cocktail will be at the properties all year for guests to try.

Here’s booking link for the resorts, for readers interested in staying at one of the properties. You can also follow Sarah Fit’s travels by using #FitInParadise on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
