Today is Day 1 of Magic of Miles 12 Days of Giveaways for 2017!

Between frenzied attempts to find good parking spots and seats on public transit, and the increased stress that comes with higher passenger loads on planes and longer lines everywhere, I hope you are managing to enjoy your holidays so far at least in some small ways.

Perhaps you grab a minty candy cane on your way out the door, help an elderly hotel guest pick up the cane they dropped in the elevator, help a child bake cookies, or enjoy a few late evenings with loved ones around a fireplace (a la Las Alcobas Napa Valley romantic getaway style).

Maybe you’re even whistling as you pack a suitcase to jet off to someplace tropical and warm.

The holidays are going by too fast for my liking, but I’m thrilled to be able to spend time with most of my immediate family this year. I’m looking forward to some cozy evenings by the fire with hot cocoa, and lots of laughter.

For most people (myself included), travel stress tends to creep in and threaten to steamroll all that happy holiday glow. But wait! I’m so thankful to have great readers like you that Magic of Miles is running 12 days of Giveaways, and you can win free goodies starting today!

What are the prizes?

I’ve got some eGift cards and a stack full of USPS priority boxes that are stuffed full of travel related goodies, ready to get sent out. ’tis the season to share!

Some of the prizes include:

Gogo 25 Session Gift Cards
iTunes $25 Gift Cards
Worldwide travel adapter kit
Starbucks Gift Cards
Sephora $25 Gift Card

Rules for Entry

Starting today you can enter up to three times per day for the next 12 days by leaving comments on that day’s Magic of Miles contest. Each daily contest ends at 9pm PST, and a winner will be randomly drawn by using Random.org.

Share Magic of Miles’ blog with your friends and family so they can enter too, since there is no “one prize per household†rule. Shipping of prizes can only be done to US addresses (and all prizes will be fulfilled by mid-January), so if you live outside of the US you can still win but will need to be able to provide a friend’s address where the prize can be sent.

You can also stay up-to-date on the giveaways by liking our Facebook page or following us on Instagram or Twitter.

Good luck to everyone and thanks so much for reading Magic of Miles!

  1. We are so fortunate and blessed. My holiday love and good wishes go out to the recent California fire victims who have lost their homes. I’m hoping that they have loved ones to spend this holiday with.

  2. Christmas shopping coming along fairly well. Now for the fun flying to Seattle from sunny Florida for the week, Brrrr.

  3. The holidays in NYC are always jam full as everyone is trying to get things done before the end of the holiday year. They are great, just busy. I’ve always chocked it up to the good portion of the population isn’t Christian, and Hanukkah is often earlier than Christmas, so its always a mad rush as it cuts off even more of the month for holiday plans.

  4. So far …still at work….but counting the minutes til we fly to Bangkok for 14 days in Thailand.

    Drooling at the thought

Starting with business class (on points) on the glorious Singapore Air . Yes, used “book the cook” to order Lobster Thermidor
Used paid Royal Ambassador for stay at Intercontinental. Will stay by beach at Hua Hin and later move back to BKK for New Years Eve. Fly home in J (points) on Thai

  5. I`m hoping for snow for Christmas and a bit warmer. Having fun preparing for the holidays with my family. No travelling this year, all parties are local.

  6. Oh shoot. Accidentally posted that I wanted to be notified when new comments are added. Ooops. I imagine I can change that. I am still looking forward to hopefully winning some fun travel items or gift cards! Thanks again.

  7. Thank you for hosting/holding this giveaway. I was unable to travel this year (gasp!) for a variety of reasons. 2018 though will be time to get back in the traveling groove. I will be thrilled if I win travel related prizes.

  8. I usually have great fun at the holidays and this year is no exception. The most stressful thing is the last minute wrapping of everything. This year I cleaned my office for space and already have a wrapping station set up. I’ve even already wrapped a gift or two. Hoping to sustain the momentum.

  9. The Holiday season so far has been good as I have been able to exercise more and have lost weight in the past month so far.

  10. I would love to win one of your prizes, this could be a birthday surprise for me as my birthday is next week.
    Thank you.

  11. I still have to make my co-workers’ holiday gifts, but that’s what the weekend is for! Thanks for the chance to win!

  12. All of my Christmas gift shopping is done and I’m ready to make cookies. (I don’t know where my previous comment went, so hopefully this isn’t a repeat!)

  13. The holidays are going well! I don’t get too caught up in the expected madness and do only the things I really enjoy. Happy Holidays to all 🙂
