The 197 room New Brunswick Hilton Saint John was built in 1984, right on the waterfront of Saint John Harbor. In honor of the hotel’s 30 year anniversary, special rates as low as $79 are available on the weekends for stays through December 31, 2014.

Note: I tried all sorts of dates online, but came up with zero availability and a typical rate of $119 a night. I called the hotel and they could see it in the system but said it was bookable online only.

Speaking with Hilton HHonors, a representative said that the promotion is offered over the phone and that she was immediately able to find the $79 rate for several dates I checked – October 10, October 17, October 18, November 14 and November the 15th, Friday November 28, December 5, etc. I would advise booking over the phone.
